Rimzart Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We do NOT accept returns. However, if the artwork ordered was delivered broken or flawed, Clients have 3 (or immediately ) calendar days from the date they received it to report it to [email protected] and be eligible for a refund or shipping new piece in lieu of the broken one whence the client pays for the 2nd shipping cost. Once the approval is given, we will either send your order to you again or issue you a refund.

Refunds

Once we have given you the approval for a refund for the damaged or lost good. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to same credit card ( or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within the standard number of days your card issuer’s policy provides.

Shipping

You will responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
